Privacy policy

This page explains what Ojaswi Oven Cafe collects when you use this website and why.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email (optional) and delivery address when you place an order or request a custom cake — so we can bake, deliver and contact you about it.
• Your email if you join our newsletter, and the date and contact you give us for birthday reminders.
• If you create an account: your name, email, phone and a securely encrypted password. We never see your password.
• Your basket and saved items are kept only in your own browser.

How we use it

• To prepare, deliver and update you about your orders.
• To send offers only if you subscribed — you can ask us to stop at any time.
• We never sell your details. We only share your address with our own delivery staff.
