Terms of service

By ordering from Ojaswi Oven Cafe you agree to these simple terms.

Orders

• Prices on the website include all charges shown at checkout. The final price is confirmed by our system when you place the order.
• Same-day delivery needs orders before 12 PM and is subject to availability. Custom cakes need at least 48 hours' notice; the price shown in the cake designer is an estimate that we confirm by phone.
• Fresh items are baked to order and in limited quantities each day.

Changes and cancellations

Call or WhatsApp us before we start baking (usually 3 hours before your slot) to change or cancel. Custom cakes cancelled less than 24 hours before the date may not be refundable.

Payment

Pay with cash or FonePay QR on delivery or pickup. Online payments will be added soon.

Rewards

Reward points are added when an order is delivered or collected. Points have no cash value and may expire after a long period without orders.
